how good are those ebooks?

Of course I can't comment on my own book but I'll give my opinion on CME. It's really well done and provides up to date and comprehensibe information. But if you already own W.A.R and Anabolics 2002 you may be disapointed in that it doesn't have a whole lot more to add -- in either description or application purposes. (Then again, I feel Anabolics 2000 is just an "updating" of WAR and it has a few innacuracies of its own, as well as some commentary with which I disagree). But if you have yet to purchase a book on steroids, I'd say CME is the way to go.

And while you're at it, pick up a copy of LEGAL MUSCLE.

Between these 3 books I can honestly say you'll learn more in a matter of hours than it takes most bodybuilders to learn in a lifetime.

well i can!

nelson.. your book, THE BODYBUILDING TRUTH is truly awesome.
anybody serious about bodybuilding must do themselves the favor and pick up a copy.

when is your next book due?

Thanks bro. My new book has been available for a while in manuscript form. Still waiting for George to have it ready as an e-book on Elite. Should be soon -- hopefully.

I agree..

with Nelson. I've got Anabolics 2002, CME and Legal Muscle and must admit that the first 2 contain similar info. Legal Muscle is on a plane of its own - nothing like it out there. Read these.

CME, Legal muscle and Body Building Truth are 3 very good e-book. Each bringing some knowledge.

With all the busts lately and your complicated laws regarding AAS, I'd say a US citizen looking at the anabolic road, should pick up a copy of Legal Muscle first, learn his rights then get the others.

The Secrets of Steroid Mail-Order Success is a MUST HAVE EBOOK!

I have read Nelson's latest book, "The Bottom Line" and it was a great read. Very cutting edge ideas, most of which Nelson has posted on this board at one time or another. Worth getting in my opinion.

this might sound stupid, but when you order this is it a book that you will get in the mail or is it just on the computer that you can read ect.... iam all confused!!!
thanks matt

the next item on my shopping list!
nelson's THE BODYBUILDING TRUTH is truly awesome.
i can only imagine this one is equally as intense.

Nelson,

What are the main differences between your 2 books? Do they cover different ground or is one basically an update of the other. I am just trying to find out which one would be a better rad for me. I dont know about these books. I have never bought a book on roids before, just learned from experience, and others experiences, and of course ... the internet. Im just wondering if there is anything in these books that someone couldnt find by just doing a simple search on the web? Shed some light will ya? Wouldnt mind getting one for some spare time reading.

Thanks,
Mavy

"Bottom Line Bodybuilding" has some updated info as well as a lot of completely different infomation. It's hard to say which I would recommend but I suggest starting with the first because it covers core beliefs and elaborates on many of the theories I've presented on this board. (But people get pissed if I don't provide a 12 page dissertation, complete with graphs, charts and references.)

Although there's a lot of info on the net, there's also a lot of BAD info -- which is worse than none at all. If you have no literature on steroids, I'd strongly recommend getting Chemical Muscle Enhancement. If you also want some alternative points of view and suggestions for running safe effective cycles, go with Bottom Line Bodybuilding.
