how far out should i stop var?

if you used anavar pre contest how far out would you have to cut it out or can you take it all the way through. i know that you should cut winny 7-10 days out so you dont hold a little water. is anavar the same?

You can use both 'var and winny all the way through the show. Neither hold water. Now if you're using injectable winny then you'll need to cut it out about a week out from the show to prevent any swelling which will obscure the muscle's definition. I usually switch at that point to oral winny all the way through the show.
