how far can you go without juice?

I am not a virgin to the sauce, but I have been really wondering lately how far one can go. A kid in my gym is 18 and never touched and neve plans on touching the stuff. He comes to these boards alot, but has decided that he doesnt want to ever be dependant on something like steroids or even andos for that matter. By the way,he can bench 405 twice at 215 pounds. Two of my buddies i lift with are 20 years old and never plan on doing the shit. THey won't even do creatine. These kids are pretty cut and big for their age/size.
I have done two light cycles. The cycles did push me past my limits. But something happened that I don't read about much on these boards. After I finished my "light" cycles, I continued to get stronger and push past my limits...let me explain with an example:
Pre-cycle I pushed 305 for two reps and I was 190 pounds.
During winny only cycle, I pushed 315 for 4 reps. I was only on winny for one month, until i had to stop do to relationship problems. Went on again and added 20mg of dbol. Post cycle i was pushing 315 for 5 reps and incline pressing 95s
I have since been natural, and two months later I am pushing 315 for 8 reps and incline with 110's. That is alot more than i was doing during my cycles.
This brings me to my point. I am seeing "the light" in the sense that one can push their bodies to incredible heights without juice or minimun amounts. For my size 210 with 8% bf, 18 in arms "cold" and pushing 375 pounds, I could go further by changing diet and training rather than juice. I have put in my fair share of partying lets say, and i think that has hurt much of my potential. It has only been recently that I have gotten more serious about diet and training. I see pictures of Tito Raymond and everyone on this board laughs that he juices his head off. Now I know you wont really believe this shit, but my friend is 5'8, 188 pounds and fairly close to being as ripped as he is...and he hasnt even done creatine. He eats very clean and natural and trains hard and intense 5 days a week.
sorry again for going on a tangent..i guess I am just wondering if steroids are becoming too much a replacement for solid training and nutrition. I wonder if the mind is actually a more powerful anabolic. How else could I have keep gaining post cycle?
I have been meeting alot of bros in my gym that dont do juice, or have only done a "few" cycles to get to where they are. I realize how much one would take to go pro, but 95% of the people on these boards don't go pro. I want your honest opinions as to how far you can go without juice or a minimun amount.

That is absolutely true in some cases. And it sounds like a problem you have. At your level I would stay off the gear and work on my natural potential till I've reached plateau. Then think about getting some gear.

You and your friends sound very knowledgable and know that diet, training and rest are the most important ingreidents.

You are also fortunately very young (early 20's) and you body is very forgiving, at a certain age, 30 40 I don't know, gains become much more difficult. And maintaining a low bf even harder.

I did my first cycle at 47 and I'm only 51 now and the difference between training on gear and off is like day and night.

Even a low test cycle helps me maintain a lower bf and increase my size.

good in the gym,Bench a certain weight. I live in florida were bodybuilding is popular and without drugs you will not get far. One thing Many people confuse cut with being ripped and being shredded and "dry". But you can reach a very athletic goal being natural with hard work and" consistent "dedication. but I will admitt for the amount of juice you did you made very good strength gains. One thing drugs do is make people train harder when there on then when there off it makes them FEEL strong in there mind and feel good about them self. (And yes I know you are getting stronger also). what I'm trying to say is the mind is very powerful. If you feel it you will acheive it. Train hard know worry about drugs later.
 
I don't know... but I see the "natural" guys and the guys that sauce in my gym, and ... to use solid's phrase from above, it is like night and day... sure, some of the natural guys are as strong as an ox... hell, they can lift more than me for sure. But they don't "look" like me.. or other guys that are on. When you are "on" you don't look "natural"...

Also, I'm sick of people thinking that because we use sauce, that we just workout once a week and slack off all the time. I work my ass off in the gym, as I'm sure many of the people on this board do... sorry, I'm on a bit of a soap box... I'll try to get off. ;)

citruscide....I think you are misinterpreting what i am sayin. I am in no way assuming peoplethat sauce do it once a week...as i have done it before too. Its just that I have noticed the people that juice alot more and higher doses than me, arent much bigger or stronger or more vascular..minus the guys 240 and 7%bf. So I am just wondering, what the deal is...maybe i have tight genetics i dont know.
As far as you being able to tell 100% on who juices and who doesnt..thats bullshit. Because I used to say the same shit until I have gottten to know some of the guys i lift with. They are 100% natural through diet and training. We never skip leg days and train 100% all the time. Though i cant say i am juice free, i bet most people would assume i have done alot more than i have.
COme on, arent there a "few" guys in your gym that are natural and definately dont look it? Well, I bet more people can get better results than ever with better diet and different education in training. There are new techniques that I try that have gotten me better results off cycle than when on...
