How effective is the keto diet?

i want to try the keto diet but ive always been afraid that eating all that fat is guna just backfire and make me fat. i stand 6ft, 200lbs with about a 16-18% bf i want to get down to 12%bf or lower. ive done juice before and had good gains. i want to throw in eca/clen/fina/test into the mix. could someone please tell me how effective those drugs would be with the keto diet to loose fat but also gain some muscle. and how long should i stay on the diet? thank you.
 
A keto diet is very effective at loosing fat. But it's also one of the hardest diets to stick to because you naturally crave carbs.

Eating plenty of fat is also key to loosing fat - sounds strange but works in the real world.

When you limit your carbs, you will also limit muscle growth ... but it sounds like your objective is to loose fat. Yor stack will def. accelerate fat loss and may even give you a few pounds of lean mass.

I would stay on the diet untill you get the results you want.
 
It works--forget that ingrained BS from teh food pyramid and the basic food groups. Too many bad carbs make you fat, so bad fat deosnt help either. Try to eat good fats when ketoing and you'll be fine. Even if you eat bad fats, you'll still lose weight if you drop the carbs
