i want to try the keto diet but ive always been afraid that eating all that fat is guna just backfire and make me fat. i stand 6ft, 200lbs with about a 16-18% bf i want to get down to 12%bf or lower. ive done juice before and had good gains. i want to throw in eca/clen/fina/test into the mix. could someone please tell me how effective those drugs would be with the keto diet to loose fat but also gain some muscle. and how long should i stay on the diet? thank you.
