How effective is HGH by itself? What is the recommended dosage and for how long should you take it? I heard that it is one of the most effective because it has little side effects and the ability to keep your gains is good.

Never used it, so I'm only basing my opinion on what I've heard from others.
When used by itself, the gains are not that impressive. However, when used with insulin it can yeild impressive lean muscle gains with the added benefit of lowering your bf. That has a huge down side though. If you don't know what you are doing and start screwing around with your insulin levels you could end up in a coma or dead.
It's also VERY expensive. There are far too many compounds out there that can yeild much better results for a much lower price. Sorry bro, can't give prices.

if i ever would consider using it, i would use it with insulin like stated above, i hear that you need to be older in age, but some may think thats not true. also i have read that one needs to take a few kits worth to really notice anything. so yes, it would get expensive.
