How effective are spot injections when using Tetrahydrogestrinone (THG)

I have been using THG for a couple of months now and have noticed slight increases in muscle mass and some fat loss but not exactly the results I was expecting for in certain areas. I was just wondering if spot injections would be beneficial at all
