I've this a few times, so I won't worry about posting it here. My doctor has me on Hormone Replacement Therapy for health issues. I can't afford exactly what he suggests, so I do the best that I can. He also suggests that I stay on my therapy as long as I am healthy, but recently stopped for a few months, trained basically the same, ate more, slept better, gained about 10 lbs, and set some new PR's too.
The only difference is that my health issues started to flare up again and I didn't recover as fast between training sessions.
4x a week with therapy, 4x a week without therapy.
It is just a recovery tool! If you are using it as a "gaining tool" you are using it incorrectly!
