I'm on my first cycle and I believe today it started to hit me. I was lifting a lot more but felt like I was not doing enough. I could have stayed at the gym all night. Can you guys give me some advice on how to change my workout routine? Right now I am working Legs on day, Back and Bis on day, Chest and Tris on another day, and Abs and Shoulders on another. That is 4 nights a week and I am usually only working out for about an hour each night. Also, doing heavy legs is really putting a damper on my dead lift days. Thanks again for all the advice!
