Everyone above it correct. It is an old wives tale that winny helps you lose fat. It does not... never has.
It does however help you keep lbm while you are dieting hard.

The confusion might be that the more muscle you gain the more calories you burn. So more lean muscle helps burn off fat. But diet and cardio is the only way. The only compounds that burn fat directly are DNP, T3, Clenbuterol, and Ephedra by turing your body into a furnace and nuking every calorie in sight.
