What is the process for someone to become a MOD? Decem poll and the DOT for mod signatures got me thinking I can't find anything out there to explain how it works

be on the boards for a long time, and be helpful. Post count doesn't really mean anything, it's all about substance, and what you post.

I know that ... I talking about.. does George just wake up one day and say , ok I need a new mod.. let pick one .. Does he talk to someone? do they post a poll? read the board? Does a mod have a term in 'office'? What responsibilities does a MOD have? What happens if they fail to live up to them? etc, etc...


btw.. I am just curious in understanding this mystery MOD thing .. that all.

I was here 3 years before being chosen a mod and last week moved up to elite mod. I would like to think it was because of my contributions to the board and help to other members. I also competed and was to compete next week so I am a bodybuilder and that is what this baord is about. Before things went crazy this board was all about bodybuilding and sharing knowledge. 10 % may say being an MOD is a joke but the rest knoww e are always there for them. I anser endless pms and e mails and help folks everyday. I do it for love of bodybuilding and love of this baord and its members. We are not paid and receive nothing but to me its and honor.
