GOAL GET LEAN in 2-3months
AM WORKOUT OUT EMPTY STOMACH
42gram protein shake would fat free yogurt do good? 19gram carbs ............... still debating over postworkout something hard,because all other meals are mostly with 20-30gram complex carbs
about 100-120carbs a day ,debating will that postworkout carb likely turn into fat,if basically i walk allot of stairs most of the time during the day to get to class
