how does this look

been training about 8 yrs. second real cylce, I ran an anavar only for my very first but injured my wrist about 3 weeks in so had to stop. first real cycle was test prop(which was literally a pain in the ass) 400mgs for 8weeks and eq 400mgs for 8 weeks with 15 pds of lean gains. 25 yrs old 6'1" 185 9%
weeks 1-4 anavar 40mgs
weeks 1-10 test ethanate 500mg
weeks 1-10 eq 500 mg
maybe thinking of bringing the anavar back in and running 40mgs 8,9,10
liver protectants: tylers, ala,
kidneys: cranberry extract
nolva on hand
PCT: three weeks after last eq shot. clomid and maybe hcg not sure yet.

Diet: 3200 calories
400g protein
86g fat
480g carbs
weight training 4x a week and cardio on off days.
goals: put on 10-15 pds of lean muscle.

How does everyone think I should run the anavar?
What type of cardio does everyone suggest?

If you're going to run anavar, run it at 60-80 mgs/day at a minimum. I would run the EQ and test for 12 weeks. Looks good.
