How does South Park get away with saying "FUCK" on cable tv?

First off, yes, I am home on New Year's Eve. My welcome to parenthood I guess.

Anyway, South Park the movie is on Comedy Central and is playing totally uncensored. How do they get away with that? I thought SHIT, FUCK, CUNT and other such words were off limits on all tv, even cable. Am I wrong?

After 12:00 i believe on Comedy Central it is what they call the "secret stash" and the channel is allowed to say whatever they want to.
