How does Lgd compare to osta results wise?

they are both similar in many aspects... lgd is a lot more anabolic so you can gain more size... they share a lot of the same qualities in terms of lean muscle gain... osta is more of a recomp although they can both be utilized that way... lgd will cause a lot more suppression and will require a full pct as opposed to osta only requiring a mini pct... It just depends on your goal... osta has the healing properties that are really a nice benefit... lgd possess small healing properties but not to the extent of osta... they both have high benefit...

i would start at 5 mg the first 2 weeks and assess... then move up to 10 mg if your not having sides...

Any reported sides from lgd apart from the suppression?
LGD is like the bigger, badder brother of Ostarine. It is more anabolic and more suppressive, so it has its place as something not recommended for use in PCT like Ostarine, but would be more beneficial in a standalone cycle for muscle gain, yet requiring a more extensive PCT
