I'm trying to get a good wake-up routine going.. For the last few months I go to bed around 11 or 12, and then set my alarm clock for 5:30, then when it goes off I know I have 2 more hours to sleep, so I set it to 7:30 and then after the snooze goes off a couple of times I get up around 8. Yesterday I accidently set it to 7:30 so when it went off, I had to get up right away, but I noticed that I felt a bit better sleeping all the way through to 7:30, instead of my regular 5:30 + 2 hours.. Do you guys sleep straight through, and then get up.. what's your technique?
