Hi, for now I am taking my overpriced Cell Tech, so it's quite easy, I just mix half a serve (5gr Creatine + around 35gr of Dextrose) with water and I drink it immediately after my workout.
When I finish with that I'll try to have some Prolab creatine to be taken with those pills that triggers your insulin respond, don't remember the name, R-ALA or something like that. (Is that a good?)
This is my first time on creatine and well, I’m not an expert in the supplement field at all, but I can say that it has helped me, increasing my strength.
I am also taking 3g of aminoacids, lots of water, and 2g of vitamin C per day.
