ECA what is it?
ephadrine 25 mg found at gas stations, called mini thins
caffeine 200 mg found at walmart equate stay awake or nodoz
aspirin 225mg found at walmart standard dose generic aspirin

how much is it?
total cost for 4 week supply varies(for me less than 20$, less than 10$ before minithins went up)

does it work?
some supps work
this is one of them

how do i take it?
taken in morning and at noon
some add evening dose but i couldnt sleep
three weeks and it loses some potency but you could continue longer, i go 5 weeks
cycle off four weeks and start again
i say 4 weeks because you want to take a week (at least)reducing dosage systematically to avoid caffeine withdrawl headaches (think 18 hour migrain mabey longer)

why does it work?
raises metabolism so a body at rest then burns more calories
gives you energy so you do more, burning more calories
curbs appetite so you eat less

conclusion
ive seen people lose lots of weight using this and changing nothing in there lives. if you work to lose while on this you will like the results
........hey i can do this all day

Most people develop a tolerance to Ephedrine, just like they develop a tolerance to caffeine and clen.

So, you cycle it.

i've never heard of mini thins - i'm from the U.K, what is this?

I've only ever seen 50mg of Ephedrine Hydrochloride being sold on the internet (possibly illegally?)

i would try to find 25mg tabs......they are legal in the states, not sure about UK

search for "vasopro"

yep, illegal in the U.K - only available by prescription for asthma..

am I to be worried by side effects? I'm hearing alot of mixed things but I badly need to burn some fat.

Ephedrine (EPH) is a sympathomimetic amine similar in structure to the synthetic derivatives amphetamine and methamphetamine. Ephedrine is commonly used as a stimulant, appetite suppressant, concentraton aid, decongestant and to treat hypotension associated with regional anaesthesia. Chemically, it is an alkaloid derived from various plants in the genus Ephedra (family Ephedraceae). It is most usually marketed in the hydrochloride and sulfate forms.

Mode of action
Ephedrine is a sympathomimetic amine - that is, its principal mechanism of action relies on its indirect action on the adrenergic receptor system, which is part of the sympathetic nervous system or SNS. Whilst it may have weak agonist activity at α- and β-adrenergic receptors, the principal mechanism is to displace noradrenaline from storage vesicles in presynaptic neurons. The displaced noradrenaline is released into the neuronal synapse where it is free to activate the postsynaptic adrenergic receptors.

Ephedrine's mechanism of action on neurotransmission in the brain is wide. Its action as an agonist at most major norepinephrine receptors and its ability to induce moderate stimulation of the release of both dopamine and to a lesser extent, serotonin, is presumed to have a major role in its mechanism of action.

Because of ephedrine's ability to potentiate dopamine neurotransmission it is thought to have addictive properties by some researchers.

While ephedrine's role in the serotonin system is less understood there is preliminary documentation of clinically significant agonism at excitory serotonin receptors, perhaps as a downstream response to the large release of norepinephrine in the nucleus accumbens (commonly referred to as the "pleasure center" of the brain). In mice, stereotypical behaviour was both easily induced by administration of ephedrine and it's primary alkaloids and reversed when serotonin antagonists were administered.

is that what you wanted?
caffiene and ephidrine are both stimulants but work in different ways
try it. i doubt scotland yard is gonna kick in your door for ordering it online
