How do you rate the Glock 17?

How do you rate it as a gun on it's own and also against other models of glock and other makes?

can't go wrong with a glock...if you have the $$ get a sig or HK..all 3 are nice guns..G17 has 17 rd mag..pocket glocks are nice and conceal better, but would have to buy large cap mags to add to the puny 10rd mags they come with

always arguments about 9mm not having stopping power vs 40/45.... heck let me double tap someone in the chest w/147 gr 9mm and see if it has stopping power.

I am an HK guy. Glocks are ok and have there place. Personally they feel cheap to me and the slide on glocks always skins my thumb on the recoil. I have large hands though.

Great gun. Bang for the buck it's probably one of your best bet. Now it all depends on your hand size. Some may like the G17, others may prefer the G19 or G26 (all in 9mm). Also, there're many aftermarket parts for them.

I had a glock 40 and a ruger 9mm. The ruger shot way better than the glock.

very accurate..ive shot skeet with one...

but, they are a little too big..i like the Glock 19...great accuracy, reliability, etc..but is a little more compact..

the glock 17 is an excellent weapon, but as mentioned above, i wanted a larger caliber so i went with the glock 22. as far as the compact glocks go, the glock 27 is my fav.

I will post a link to a guy who tested i believe a 37 glock.. Doesent matter....he tested a glock..... THIS WILL AMAZE YOU THAT HAVE NOT SEEN THIS YET.

I have heard glocks are good but after seing this testing ( hands on video and pics included) my next purchases will be nothing but glocks!
