How do you ramp up T3?

I've read about it but you can't double check enought times seeing how powerful this can be.

I'm starting my 2 weeks ECA cycle after a 2 weeks Spiro cycle, I was thinking 25mcg for the first 5 days, then 50mcg for the following 30 days, then back to 25mcg for the last 5 remaining days.

Of course spiro/eca every 2 weeks.

Just making sure this is the good way (and safe)
 
I am not sure that 50mcg for 30 days will be effective. Usually you climb up to around 100mcg or 125mcg. But I am not sure with an eca/spiro stack. I only ran t3 with clen and I went up to 100mcg with t3.

For someones first time 100mcg is way 2 high. Extremely catabolic. High amounts of aas are needed to combat the catabolism, even them you can get some.
 
Ramping up is a good idea… but no need to ramp down. Best to go cold turkey to re-instate thyroid function as with any other endocrine organ.

BTW, you might wanna try T4. It seems to less catabolic to the muscle tissue while still good and burning fat. (personal experience)

Any supplement to be taken ?
On my clen spiro stack I take taurine and potassium, no supplement on the eca stack ...
 
Afaik pcfuzz , who launched the epic clen/t3 thread, *might* have gotten intro trouble because he took such high dosage of t3. 125mcg is 400% the daily amount your thyroid produces... thats a whole lot...

I think ill stick to 50mcg for my first cycle of 40 days.

How long you gotta wait before starting again btw?
