how do you pronounce arimidex?

a-rim-a-dex

as in uh-rim-a-dex, not sure if that is the proper way to write it out though

get it, not a long A sound, but an ahh

get it dull?

dont forget that both aromasin and AIFM lower SHBG and downregulate aromatase (dex and letro upregulate it-- though as noted before thier half life tends to abrogate most of the upregulation and potential rebound effects).

aromasin and AIFM decrease sex hormone binding globulin= more free testosterone

because letrozole and arimidex competitively bind to aromatase complex (but dont "suicide it"- bind to it irreversibly) that complex remains. Basically they bind to one area of the complex which stops it from converting testosterone and other hormones to estrogen. When they stop binding that aromatase complex is back in action.

yup - i used letro to kill the bloat for show - now i am using AIFM to combat the rebound that might occur from stopping letro.
