For editing your face just use ms paint or infranview. You can cut out certain peices of the photo. For a picture, look above this dialog box when you post. There will be a picture of a mountain next to the world globe. It says insert image. Just find a host for your image and link it.

edit it with MS paint, the upload it in www.imageshack.us, then copy and paste here the direct link for the pic.
