Is it a real significant feeling in the nipples when gyno is coming on? Cause I get alittle tingle but then it goes away and I'm not sure if I should take a worry to it or not.

tingling, slight pain, itching are all early signs. like the others said make sure to have an AI such as adex,nola, aromasin on hand just in case.
