How do you inject this shit?

OK, here's the deal. I've done quite a few cycles with orals only, i've never injecyed. But now im at the stage where I really can't get any further without doing it. Im gonna use Deca with Dbol for my first cycle. What I wanna know is how you guys find out a safe injection procedure. I mean I don't wanna jump in feet first and pump a vein full of air. Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction. Thanks guys.

Go to Kronks "sticky" it has all the info you need......It's the first thread on the first page of the anabolic forum.....to be specific...
 
ass injection

Imaginary divide your ass into 4 parts.Always inject the upper outer part.Use mirror to help.
Also you may inject into a quad or delt.
 
One simple way to get the correct spot on your quad is by doing this...

find the spot where your thight bone meets your hip. Place the palm of your hand on this spot with your fingers pointed toward your knee. Simply spread your fingers like a "vulcan" (live long and prosper). The spot between your fingers is the bullseye.

ALWAYS ASPIRATE....

(take this advice from someone who does this for a living).

hang around a hospital and look for really cute nurses (female) then get them to do the injections after you start hitting it, that is what I did and injections don't even hurt anymore. :)

yes i do believe that it said "newbies read this first"!!! c'mon guys take the time if you want to do this shit and read first if anything.:mad:
 
On the outer sweep of quads, place rt. thumb on hip bone and stretch first finger as far down as possible. do the same with the first finger on the upper knee and strech thumb as far as possible.
the area btw the thumb and first finger is the ideal location. Note: dont go under or over the quad.
