relationships?
Honestly, between work, eating, lifting, and sleeping, where is the time. I spend a minimum 8 hrs working, come home get cleaned up and eat. I then go to the gym, come home, eat again. By this point its 10:00pm, so I just relax and go to sleep since I need a minimum 7hrs of sleep for muscle recovery.
I figure Id have time on my 2 days off(from the gym), but I still have to eat at a regular schedule, and probably sat and sunday nights to go out with a girl, but you know how it is... They want to see you more, or they want you to skip meals, or go out partying, or stay up later.
How many of you serious bodybuilders have good relationships?
