How do you guys end your diet?

Calorie counting is essential to my approach. I will start using fina as soon as I finish dieting. For the first week post-diet I will eat a maintenance level of calories.

For the second week post-diet I will not count calories and i'll just eat whatever I need to to satisfy my hunger - still on fina. Then on my third week, that is when I start injesting excess calories to begin bulking again.

This allows my metabolism to adjust to normal, and my body to rebound a bit before I begin the process of bulking once again.

Is this similar to what others do? What approaches do you take?

How do you all pass through the transition from dieting to a normal metabolism without dramatically rebounding?

Do any of you use steroids post diet to help gain back lost mass and encourage surplus calories to build muscle rather than be stored as fat?

Surely someone here is scientific in their approach to dieting?
