If you want to quit altogether, you could slowly ween yourself off it by cutting back on the dosage a little bit every week.
OR, you could substitute the ECA for Ma Huang/Guarana (or some similar stimulant).
The bad news is that you have merely 'tranfered' your addiction from one thing to another.
The good news is that you are not dependant on that particular drug and you allow your ECA receptors to go back to normal levels.
Personally, I have taken supplements to help me achieve my physical goals, but losing sleep is where I draw the line.
