How do you fix this !?!?

I don't know if I strained something or if I have bursitis or what, but my right shoulder aroung to my shoulder blade is in pain. I noticed it a while ago after I worked my back but blew it off 'cause the pain was slight. I shot Sust last Wed. & it feels like it's gotten worse. I'm icing it now along with taking Advil. Does anyone have any experience with this. I don't want to stop lifting & I just started my cycle (sus/eq/primo). I don't want to 'F' up my arm though. Any thoughts/suggestions.

I had the same problem... basically it is a neglect of the infraspinatus and supraspinatus muscles that tie in to the rotator cuff and upper back. You should be doing rotator cuff exercises at least 2-3 times per week. Internal rotation, External rotation etc... do some research on it. My shoulders were so fucked up I could not Military more than 95 pounds without crying. One month of rotator cuff exercises and I was back up to 200 pounds for reps. Now I make it a normal part of my training regimen. I remember the pain... so I never want to feel it again...:bawling:
