Mix them with oatmeal, cinnamon and splenda to make protein pancakes - do a search, you'll find hundreds of recipes around here. Very easy, very delicious.
Or scramble them or make an omelette with them with dried herbs for flavouring (basil, oregano, marjoram, pizza spices work well), then serve with fat free salsa and cottage cheese. Also yummy.
Egg whites don't have to be icky ...
