how do you ease the pain from t-400

been traing for a long time, so i have been toughing it out but the day following my injects are extremely painful and it does affect my training. did 2cc t-400 1cc odeca in quad next day can not hardly bend my leg, week later did glute shot 1 cc t-400 and 2 cc of human grade test kinw have a small knot so iam losing injectsites and would rather not deal with the pain but i have 13 bottles of denkalls t-400 which by the way is underdosed at about 325mgs. i read on the bords some where to bake yor gear but keep it aspirated then i heard boil the vials. also heard mix 1:1 with sterile oil. Can you bros help me as i do not want to just get rid of that test. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn"t inject 2cc's of T-400 ever.Normaly mixing the shot with something else eases the pain. Have you tried to heat it before injecting?

best thing would be to get some steril oil and cut it add 1/2 cc to 1cc per 1cc of t400.
