How do you do your T3?

Ok, guys I've seen too many people loose everything they have gained from a cycle to T3.
And thats why it should be taken while ON.
But what I'm asking is what protocol did you use and did it work for you?
What dosage and duration was it used at?
Minimul muscle loss and maximum fat lose.





** T3 is dangerous and should be taken carefully and tapered!
***T3 isn't for any fat loss its just pre-contest.
****Cardio and Diet are for fat loss.
 
people start of at either 12.5/25mgs per day and taper up 25mgs every 3/4 days to a maximum of 100mgs then taper down in the same way you went up mate.

although i have never taken it, i think you must use it wile on cylce as it will eat up the muscle first instead of the fat, sumit to do with protein synithies or sumit like that.

I've done t3 many times..depending on what or how fast i want to accomplish what i need will depend the dose...usually no more then 6-8 weeks...I can run 25mcgs straight without tapering up or down..or i can ramp from 25mcgs upward..just depends...muscle loss is avoided while on gear..now i have taken it without gear and with clen...best thing to do is up your protien intake if your going to do it without gear...
