How Do You Dispose of Your Pins?

i never really saw this posted before. i just unearthed a shitload of used pins, usually, i just toss em out as i use `em, but this is a bit different...

that's kinda sleazy. i typically do that but wasn't going to openly admit it. is there a proper way? for someone using illegal drugs to dispose of their drug paraphenalia?

hospital, surgery center, lab, vets, all have sharps containers for proper disposal
