How do you cycle training when "on"?

Both I split it up, currently 3 on 1 off, with in two weeks I will go 5 on and 2 off, problem is I overtrain and then get worn out,
 
I see said the blind man LOL!! I guess my 3 on 1 off works fine. The only thing I do is make sure I hit arms 2x a week triceps with chest, bi's with back and then 2 days later a dedicated arm day (my arm suck) I also do abs, 3x a week and calves too
