How do you compare?

Squat - Good, prob excellent but I haven't tested 1RM in years or since I learned to squat properly and low.

Bench - Good, but I haven't done a single in years, based on some of the math of x reps = single I become excellent.

Conventional Dead - Fair, DAMN IT, I Thought I rocked here. I'll be good by Sept and excellent by End of winter. (pray with me now)

One DB Press - EXCELLENT!, DAMN YEAH!

Barbell Wall Curl - Was Excellent 8 months ago, now Good, soon to be excellent again.

Barbell Reverse Curls - Never tried it heavy - Less than Fair

Weighted Chins - Excellent, BOO YA!

Weighted Dips - 5 lbs away from Excellent, DRATS!

DB Tri Ext - Good, but I'll try for excellent in the next 3-4 months.

Never tried weighted push-ups.
 
Not sure about my current 1-rep straight bar squat, but I'd have to guess that I could do 405 without too much effort. Bench is solid but nothing too crazy, I think my shoulder strength is keeping my bench from progressing to the crazy range.
 
Squat - Excellent
Bench - Excellent
Deadlift - Excellent
DB Press - Excellent
Barbell Wall Curl - Not sure, will try on arm day
Barbell Wrist Curl - Not Sure, will try on arm day
Weighted Chins - Not Sure, will try on back day
Weighted Dips - Excellent
Weighted Pushups - Excellent


I'm assuming I got this correct guessing that you are doing 1 pushup with 225 pounds on your back or something since it said "test your one rep max"...if we're talking about 225 pushups theres no chance on hell, same for dips and chins.
