Squat - Good, prob excellent but I haven't tested 1RM in years or since I learned to squat properly and low.
Bench - Good, but I haven't done a single in years, based on some of the math of x reps = single I become excellent.
Conventional Dead - Fair, DAMN IT, I Thought I rocked here. I'll be good by Sept and excellent by End of winter. (pray with me now)
One DB Press - EXCELLENT!, DAMN YEAH!
Barbell Wall Curl - Was Excellent 8 months ago, now Good, soon to be excellent again.
Barbell Reverse Curls - Never tried it heavy - Less than Fair
Weighted Chins - Excellent, BOO YA!
Weighted Dips - 5 lbs away from Excellent, DRATS!
DB Tri Ext - Good, but I'll try for excellent in the next 3-4 months.
Never tried weighted push-ups.
