How do you........ clean your hats?

Seriously I got a really nice hat that got a little muddy and smells a ton like stinky campfire.

what would be the best way to clean this without destroying it?

the only thing I can think of right now is one of those hat cleaners and putting it in the dishwasher.

I'll look for woolite just googled it because I'm canadian not sure we have that here if not I'll grab some liquid detergent, thanks bro.

I always just throw them in the wash (baseball cap)

Never dry them though.

Dish washer with any kind of soap or just water?

I just put it through a nice hand wash seems to be looking alot better might have to give it another rinse though, I'll see when it dries out.

Whatever you do don't ever put any kind of soap in ur dishwasher other than the soap meant for the dishwasher.
