I can't think.. my minds on overload right now... I'm filled with biology and chemistry shit and so Math isn't on my side at the moment.

If you wanna split up your meals for bulking 40/40/20
How do I get the right % for each meal or throughout the entire day..? What do I do?

I can't think.. and I know it's simple :)

say your shooting for 4000 cals per day
then each of 6 meals would be broken down into 667 cal (4000/6)
then each meal would consist of:
Pro: 67g (667*.4)/4
Carb: 67g (667*.4)/4
Fat: 15g (667*.2)/9
For a total of 400g Pro/400g Carb/ 89g Fat

because
1g cab = 4cal
1g prot = 4 cal
1 g fat = 9 cal
