Might get flamed but what the hell, basic pull ups with your hands as close as possible, I am not saying don't try everybody elses way they are all valid, do them closer to the end of your chest work. That is when they will do the most good. Also helps work verious tendons, Look at it this way tendons are the foundation of your house of muscle.
I see alot of Bros in the gym that are to worried about what the guy next to them thinks and are trying to push to much weight and all they end up doing is chetting themselves by useing bad form or worse gitting themselves hurt. Stick to what works for you and soon those guys will be asking you what to do. Sorry just had the need to vent.
