I prefer seated miltary presses, seated db military, and also incline flyes. What sucks is that BIGEDD is right, if you genetically don't have muscle in that area, then you're screwed --
You can also do cable crossovers starting with the cables at a low position, and then bringing the cables up, in front of you, keeping your arms straight. You guys may have a more sophisticated term for it.
---------The best exercise I have found is to use a fairly close grip on the flat bench and bring the bar to your neck instead of your chest. (use a controllable weight in which you can do this movement in a very strict manner)
do your incline presses to the collar bone, lower the bar slowly and explode up. use your mind and concentrate on your upper upper pecs, feel them contract!
