How do you break ampules? Please help

never had a problem breaking amps open with my hand. I dont see what the big deal is here, just snap off the top

Using the bic pen cap was a snap---literally. That Testoprim-D was underdosed. Only about 3/4 of a cc.

I read a lot of guys say the Testoprim shot is painful. It didn't hurt at all. Sostenon shots were far more painful. Maybe because I used the syringe they came packaged in.

Take the middle out of a bic/ biro what ever you want to call it pen. Place over amp apply leverage and snap it will come off. Any bits of glass WILL NOT be sucked up using a pin so don't worry.

Alternatively get an amp opener or saw off but after 10 years the pen is still good from me

using a bread knife

Using a bread knife simpley cut around the groove like a saw.
keep cutting it back and fourth and then point the area of the vial that you cut out wards. then pull the top of the vial back to wards you. it will snap almost too easy.

you don't want to bounce the tip on the buttom too much...
it will make it a bit dull... that's just me... I'm very careful on that...
Next thing I like doing is to let a drop go down the needle, goes smoother...

second that... I just draw with 18 and then put 22 or 25...
When I started first cycle, didn't know any better... But learned it very fast not to do that...
Nowdays simply get 18 g. needles when I get all gear, my friend throws them in "on the house." Simplifies lots of things using 18 gs...
