How do you break ampules? Please help

Sorry I used the search function but couldn't find any help. I do not know how to break the small ampules and draw the fluid out. How do you do this?

I just got an Amp opener from A.F. and I use that.
Very easy to snap the amp.
I draw with an 18g needle.

Thanks for the help. I haven't used in several years and have been using sostenon. I never used amps and have forgotten how to draw fluid out.

Just remember to hold the amp with a cloth or something when you snap of the neck..I've got cut a couple of times when the amp neck comes off...hurts like bitch.
