2thick summed it up.I'll give you two, very generalized guidelines that will go along way towards maintaining health while on:
#1-With all oral usage,a liver anti-toxin formula should be in place from day one all the way through the last day.Alpha-lipoic acid, glutathione,Tyler liver detox,N-Acetyl Cysteine are all very good choices of antioxidants with powerful liver buffering actions. Also,it is mandatory that one avoids alcoholic beverage consumption,as this will only provide accumulatory damage of a liver that is already working overtime towards metabolizing hepatoxins.
#2-Estrogen management-One of the pitfalls of many steroid users is to not properly manage estradiol production during cycles of highly aromitizable compounds. Not only is this a mistake from a gynecomastia standpoint, but the estradiol-induced edema(water-retention)can lead to huge increases in blood pressure, which if left unaltered could lead to serious health problems down the road. Then we have female fat-pattern distribution, which is large pockets of fat that form all over from an estrogenically over-loaded influence on A2 receptors.Needless to say, having pounds and pounds of extra body fat is not healthy either. So what is the soloution?Concurrently run agents that down-regulate estrogen production, such as anastrozole(liquidex/arimidex)and femara.
As I said these are just two very basic guidelines, but they will go a long way towards maintaining long-term health.
