Im on 30mgs of dbol a day how do u guys no when its kicking in. Obviously u'll get stronger but are there other factors that lead u to believe its kicked in. I'm just interested so i know whether or not to up it more. Thanx
you know when it kicks in like you said, you will be doing your bench press and it will be cake from what you did last workout, then you add the weights, d-bol kicks in around day 5-7 for me @ 30mg a day
you will also know by the size you start to put on. Dbol didn't seem to affect me until 3rd week. Unfortunately I had to stop mid cycle due to illness. But in the 4 weeks I was on I and others saw strength and size gains unlike I have ever had before.
