hey guys got a question? i hear so many people in my gym talk about blowing up or they gained 20 lbs or whatever. i'm about to do a bulking cycle, and of course i want to gain alot of weight, but i've always judged improvement by the mirror and measuring tape instead of the scales. for example, my arm are almost 15 1/2 now and my goal is to gain weight of course, but mainly i want to push my arms up an inch. what do u guys think about this?
