How do u HUGE guys do it?

I dont understand how you huge guys dont struggle with easy everyday tasks. Im not big by any means but Ive lost a ton of flexability since i started working out years ago. I dotn think its even flexibility necessarily. Once so much muscle mass is attained it becomes impossible to do certain chores. I mean my arms are only 18.5 and i struggle to button the top button of dress shirts and fix my colar. When Im pumped I cant even reach up and adjust my headphones i have to bend my neck. And injecting in the glute while sitting is also a hell of a task!
 
Until I started a stretching program...

I had a hell of a time wiping my ass. No joke. Lots of showers, in all honesty though pretty awful.

hey now, your arms are "only" 18.5 in.? mine are around 18.25 cold, and i consider them pretty big. you sound like a pretty big guy yourself.
 
I like it when my girlfriend has to help me put my coat on or take it off. And when I can't get my shirt off because my back and delts have gotten so big :D
 
Little stuff gets hard... especially after arm day. I have trouble shaving or holding a cell phone near my face... my biceps blocks me being able to get my hand close.
 
I have very good overall flexibility. I can almost do a full straddle and splits. Grab my ankles bla bla bla. Alot of years in the past doing martial arts helped but I lost it a bit once I stopped. Now I make sure I stretch alot and keep it consistent.
 
You guys need to strech. I am by no means small. I am 6'3" and I go between 250 and 260. My arms are about 18 1/2. I have no problems with flexibility. I always try to strech between sets to keep myself loose. I admit when I am pumped it can be a little difficult to move sometimes but any other time I am good.
 
Im not completely inflexible. I can bend over and touch my toes w my knees locked almost do a full split etc but i think its almmost physically impossible to do other things. Or is it really posible to work on. I mean im 5'10-11 at about 230 and even w someone trying to push my hand to my shoulder it doesnt happen. Or someone trying to push my elbows together in front of me. Does anyone have suggestions for stretches that can losen me up here. Id love to be able to put a dress shirt on wout my girlfriends help.

not about flexiblity. I mean now thta my arms are over 19 inches they do seem to get in the way when I am bringing my arm into aflexed position. Like brushing my air, teeth or scratching my back. Simple shit that was easier at a litte over 17 inches is just a little more difficult. Also holding these small assed cel phones is a problem.

Trying to take my coat off in the car like I used to, forget about it. Maybe I just need a 5x coat. LOL

But there is no denying that bulk can get in the way even if you are flexible.

And all you people that say you "only" got an 18 inch arm need some therapy(like I dont). You probaly look like hercules to everybody you know.

But as I lift my arm up I see my problem, my forearm(about 15.4inches) now meets my bicep to soon. Where I used to be able to lift a fork to my mouth at a certain level, the mass no stops it. I guess the extra inch or so on my forearm with the extra 2 on my arm adds up.
