would you consider these granola bars healthy complex carbs? simple carbs? junk?

I'd agree, the fructose isn't a good idea if dieting. However, if you're bulking, hit 'em up. I guess the other alternate use is if you are reallllllly pressed for some grub, then these might be the lesser of alot of evils you could be eating.
 
basically just a snack wanted to buy somehealthy snacks to eat in class or between classes.... also there damn good! i wanted to make my diet consist of more of a variety than whole wheat bread fat free cheeses egg beaters tuna and oatmeal
