T taekwondokid New member Feb 1, 2007 #2 I think its up to half an hour before your workout, my friend takes it and thats what he does, not sure if its the "right" way or not but no one else responded yet so I'm pitching in. He doesn't load, he does two scoops per 20oz. bottle of water.
