i just got it but it has no directions so i dont know if i should load or how much if i do and i dont know when to take it...please help me thanks

I think its up to half an hour before your workout, my friend takes it and thats what he does, not sure if its the "right" way or not but no one else responded yet so I'm pitching in. He doesn't load, he does two scoops per 20oz. bottle of water.
