How do I run first cycle in 6 years?

Hey,

I have run about 8 cycles in the past, but haven't touched anything in about 6 years.

I never stopped training, but got off a cycle once and just never got back on.

My question is this: Do I run this cycle as if it were my first (since it has been so long), or do I run it as if I never stopped?
Or somewhere in between?

Does anyone have experience with this?

33 years old.
5'10" tall
190 lbs
~13% bf

I would appreciate any advice anyone can give.

Yes, I never stopped training. I just stopped using hormones when I got out of the Army and didn't really care about being huge anymore.

By "first cycle" I mean should I run something like test only, with maybe some dbol to start? Rather than trying to stack 3 or 4 things like I would have done had I just kept going 6 years ago.

I want a good cycle so I am willing to use what it takes, but if I can get away with using less I definitely will.

How about a straight testosterone cycle? of course add an AI and N2Guard.
 
i would say it would be like a first cycle. its gonna be a nice one so don't fuck it up.

also how do you stop juicing for 6 years straight even while training? that is an amazing feat. i'd like to know more about that

Until I did my show last month I hadn't juiced in over 7 years.

I did the same thing. Cycled several times in my early 20s. Never touched again until about 8 years later. Active and lifting all that time.
 
I appreciate all the replies, guys. Seriously.

Getting back on after all this time is tough. I don't know all the latest trends in pct, etc, so I am having to relearn that too.

I was in the army back and forth to Iraq and at time it was popular to be big, and I was no different. I did my time, got out, went home, my wife got pregnant (while I was on tren, test, and surely some nandrolone and boldenone floating around in there too, by the way), and priorities changed quick. Plus I didn't have the access I had had, so I finished my cycle and just never started another. I definitely didn't plan it that way, but such is life.

My son is 6 now and about to start kindergarten, and for about the last year I have been fantasizing about getting huge again. So I am back!

I have on hand:
Tren (acetate & enanthate)
Test (propionate & enanthate)
Nandrolone (decanoate)
Boldenone (undecyclenate)
Dbol

Here is what I am thinking:

1-5 dbol 20-30mg/day
1-3 test p 50mg/day
1-12 test e 150mg/eod
13 test p 75mg/day
14-15 test p 50mg/day
16 test p 25mg/day

Then PCT which I haven't figured out yet.

Also, I am looking into it, but if someone wants to throw me a bone about what people run during cycle for sides (arimadex was big when I used to cycle) that would be awesome. If not, I understand and will work something out.

With as many people using over there, I am sure the Iraqis and even some of our allies are still trying to figure out how Americans have such good "genetics".
