How do I retrieve a program?

I used Spybot Search and Destroy and accidently checked a program to "fix selected items" I tried to "recover" it but when I do, it says "you must resacan" to recover... I see what I`m lookin for when I go to recover but then it dissapears when I click on it.

I did scan again like it says and nothing pops back up. I look in my program folder for it, but nothing. Don`t ask what the program is.
