No. Its really not that difficult, but I dont feel like explaining it. Just do a search. I know its been posted before.

i did do a search. it said to use the browse feature at the bottom of the message. there isn't one. i have no problem doing this on other boards. for some reason it is not giving me the option to browse. i wouldn't ask unless i had already done a search.
