how do i post a pic??

get a website to host your pics and then link to them

upload the photo to your gallery.
click on photo once in gallery.
right click and go to properties.
copy the URL.
paste the URL in post.

Good luck finding a site that let's you link pics. Elite's free sites do but half the time you can't get into them.
