How do I make a pic smaller ?

Hey all.

I got the most amazing news, but i don't want to say anything until I can post up 2 pics that gave me the great news.

I have the pics on a floppy disk. they are a jpg file. and when I try to upload them it says file too large the files type cannot exceed 100.0 kb

and my pics are 405.4 kb. Is there a way to make them smaller ?



I won't use image shack, so please don't recommed them !

Do you have Microsoft Picture It! Express on your computer (came with my two computers)? If you do, open the photo you'd like to resize... click on Format, the second option down is Resize Image. You can either resize the Pixels or you can resize the image by height/width.
